I had trouble getting a return call from the Tampa store si I called Octivia with the Jacksonville store and she got someone right on my issue. I'm still in the process of resolving the issue but when I do I will finish my review

Love your customer service and how you handle your service, no dropping it offand waiting months to have someone even look at it. I know if I have an appointment it will be for the service and if you can't fix it then you will let me know when parts are in so I can come back again and finish up. Everyone is so nice and try to make it so easy on us. We drove over 1600 miles to buy our new RV from our friends at General of Wyland.

The Staff at General RV has been so caring and helpful. Tessa was wonderful and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Rich and Cal have been super helpful getting it ready for us, answering all our questions and concerns. Even the porter whom I have misplaced his name. I would highly recommend Huntley General RV, and I have seen bad reviews of the company in general, so they must not be talking about this site for sure.

Honest above all else. Sold us a great product. Salesman Todd Saxey was knowledgeable and very patient with us. Took the time to show us many Super Cs. Answered all our questions. Kept us updated about pick up time and date. Excellent teamwork.

Gary was great to work with. He took into consideration everything that we were looking for in a trailer. Gary did not waste our time or try to sell us something that we did not want. Gary took the time to go through various aspects of the process and was there for our phone calls. Excellent service and I would/do recommend him for anyone looking to purchase an RV.
