This was the first time my wife and I purchase a new RV. After almost a year of doing our research and whether to buy used or new. General RV went the extra mile to find the RV we wanted and offered it at an irresistible low price! Everyone was amazing, positive and knowledgeable! Anne and Octavia were always available and if they weren’t they would call me right back. They kept me informed on our RV and its arrival and what to expect next. When our RV arrived Anne called and scheduled our walk through and we actually set up an inspection of our own. Anne was very accommodating and made sure their service technicians had everything setup and ready for our inspector. On the day of our walk through we met with Octavia who introduced us to Kyle. Kyle was our “tour guide” and instructor on how everything functioned. Kyle was super star⭐️! He was very thorough and patient with us, making sure my family and I were very comfortable with the understanding of how everything worked on our new RV! We also met with Will, manager of the service department, who also was very helpful in explaining some minor details in some items found during our inspection. Our inspector said Will was there during the inspection and fixing any minor things found that happened during transport of our RV to General RV. This was the first time my wife and I purchased RV and we highly recommend General RV!!
Something unexpected happened to the purchase of a rv I wanted to buy. Things happen out of our hands and I understand that but the team at the canton store went above and beyond to fix the issue and made me a believer that these guys really take care of there customers. Mr Henderson was wonderful He only ask my name didn’t ask about my credit didn’t care weather I was wasting his time or not he spent more than an hour showing several models the difference between desiel and gas and when I thought we were finished he thought of two more I might like to see and those last 2 did it I bought one of them when I returned to discuss other issues with John mr Henderson saw me and if I needed anything call him I called him about the electric hookup and black water drain hose it’s seems tho everyone was so nice thank them all
Your staffs are very friendly. Service is excellent especially Tony Giglio, he makes buying rv easy and smoothly without a hassle when it comes to service. He arranged everything during our service appointment. Also, Jerri Abell from Florida General RV helped facilitate our purchased during year end sale in your rv year end sale event 2022. Then we picked the rv from Kris and Zain in General RV, Huntley, IL who were also super friendly and supportive in helping us in our purchasing our first rv. Thor and General RV…high five!👍👍👍👍👍
