Great service Ed in parts was very helpful

Danny Thomas in service was excellent. Service did a good job repairing my 5th wheel suspension. They found a problem I didn't know about that could have left me stranded on the side of the road.

No issues whatsoever . Chris, Has done wonders improving the service department. No issues at all with general r v located in orange park completely happy.

Shawn has been a blessing. Before him I didn't get call backs or much help. He is good to work with and very helpful.

I like the people who work there, from the front door, to the back door. Being treated like I matter is a wonderful thing.

I've dealt with GenRV of Wayland for a generation. It serves both an enterprise and its customers when a long-term relationship can be established. Integral to that relationship, along with providing goods and services for a fair price, is the hiring and keeping of key people in your organization. Jim Guinn, Carol Cook, Trevor (his last name fails me) in Service, the now retired Larry Klunder, Hank Washburn are some of the quality people I've had the pleasure of developing that integral relationship.

We are getting alright service

They truly make you feel welcomed. I was treated with respect, and they cared about what mattered to me. I had several concerns that was immediately taken care of without a hassle. They are on a mission to make sure the customer is satisfied and not just making a sale.

You’re easy to work with. Extremely friendly staff. He found a part for me and that’s what’s important. I think some of the other competitions don’t much care about parts you know.

We went to The General for emergency housing after a house fire left us temporarily homeless. We have dogs, cats and farm animals so we couldn’t just stay at a hotel or rental house, we needed campers so we could stay on our property.
As soon as we mentioned our situation, everything from start to finish was expedited. We were in our new “homes” within 4 days of walking into the showroom.
Our sales representative, Ava Vig, couldn’t have treated us any better. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, super nice and didn’t try to over sell.
We had a few minor issues and the sales manager, Mike Scornavacco, made sure we got everything we needed immediately.
Even the delivery driver rocked!

Recovery from a total loss house fire is a bit stressful and chaotic but the folks at The General took away a huge stress so we could focus on the million other things we need to do!

Very friendly people easy to work with and talk to

Smooth and relaxing process. Rich was amazing. He patiently answered our questions, during the walk through.
We got to see our original salesman again, and Jason was just as awesome as the first time we met him.
Chuck in finance had us in and out in now time. He recommended, but didn’t push any additional services/items on us.
Overall, a super pleasant experience for our first camper purchase.
We WILL be back in the future, when it’s time to upgrade.

Tony Giglio was the best. We had an annual trip planned to talladega speedway for the Spring NASCAR race, but our refrigerator stopped working just days before our planned departure. Whirlpool techs deemed the unit unserviceable. Tony got us in for the repair and out in one day. He was easy to work with and this example of helping us is the reason we purchased our 2021 Winnebago Adventurer from General RV in Huntley. Service, service, service. Thanks!! We have been please with the quality of work provided by the service department. The service managers are friendly, knowledgeable. The repair work has been well done and completed in a timely manner. The only concern we have is the high labor costs.

I was pleased with the service I received and the staff were nice to work with. The trailer was completed in the time that I was told.

Joe S did a great job. The only comment I would like to make is GRV, like so many businesses, seem understaffed. That probably needs to be communicated a little better to the customers. I understand it because I was in business for 40 years dealing with similar issues. The general public could perceive the issue as lack of effort or poor communication and that may not be the reality at all. Unfortunately perception becomes reality.

My salesperson Ben and his boss Troy. It was a pleasure negotiating with them. They made me feel comfortable in the decision of my purchase. Since I have never owned a motor home before, Kristy was very thorough showing me all of the functions of the coach.

He arranged everything during our service appointment. Also, Jerri Abell from Florida General RV helped facilitate our purchased during year end sale in your rv year end sale event 2022. Then we picked the rv from Kris and Zain in General RV, Huntley, IL who were also super friendly and supportive in helping us in our purchasing our first rv. Thor and General RV…high five!👍👍👍👍👍
