After multiple terrible experiences at Camping World (where I bought my camper last year), I took a chance and came to General RV in Ashland, VA for my yearly service appointment. Richard was responsive and timely with missed phone calls, knowledgeable about my needs, companionate about my budget, and I walked (drove) away feeling rejuvenated and confident about coming to see him. My camper looks great and I’ll be back next year for more of the same!

Rich was very considerate,but a phone call on Friday letting me know part was not in would have been nice. Now I will not be dealing with Clarkston anymore that is for sure.

we are usualy taken care of in a timely maner ,and the people in the repaire areas do a nice job explaining what needs tobe done , and getting it taken care of as soon as possible..we have had a problem with a door jumping out of track and hopefuly it is nolonger going too do this after latest try too repaire it..
