ERG expensive and nothing was covered under our coach warranty we purchased when we bout the rig. Not sure the warranty was even worth it. 2021 HR and it cost 1100 to get it road worthy this year :-(

We were traveling far from home. We stopped due to the sign on the interstate. Thankfully we did. Even though the Service Department was very busy, they fixed our problem with exceptional professionalism. We were able to travel on safely thanks to the service received.

I was professionally treated and donny worked thru my issues and was correct in his diagnosis. Got a price on trailer tires that were $ 134.00 more per tire than local dealer for same exact tire. Labor charge seemed high but customer service was excellent. GENERAL RV in Elizabethtown pa is a welcomed business for our community and I hope you can continue to employ people with Donnie expertise. THANK YOU!

I've dealt with two different General RV centers to buy travel trailers, and the Clarkston location provided much better service and attention to detail. Our salesperson (Daryl Devers) was quite helpful and James (the service manager) made sure we knew all of the ins and outs of the prospective units and compatible equipment (tow packages/weight distribution hitches). Both made us feel like they our best interests at heart rather than simply focusing on the company's bottom line. I will continue to use this location for service to my newest unit.

Not every salesperson is created equal. However long story short I found the right salesperson and everyone thereafter was terrific. ( concierge,Finance,insurance , parts and technicians) The prices are definitely the best in the state of Florida and mostly around the nation per my own research. Everything they sell leaves the lot in very good working order. They took my inspection report and adjusted everything no matter how big or small. Most of all General RV is backed by Matt from Matt’s RV review.

The sales and financial staff were very kind and considerate. They answered all our questions about the different RV's we looked at. Most importantly they were not pushy at all they put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase our 5th wheel camper. We gave them our budget on what we wanted to spend and we found a very nice camper.

Well first all we are having problems with our clipper we can't even get into it with keys and we have called several times to try and get help with this maintenance but have not received any help yet. So we have a camper that we purchase that we can't even get into plus the screened in room that does not go to it. So what I would say about this company at this point is that we would greatly appreciate if someone would call us back and please come and fix the camper so we can get in and out of it. Brand new 2022 clipper and we can't use it. Been waiting for our cell rep to connect with us but not yet have received a call back. If you can help me in this situation I would be greatly appreciated.
