I like how coming in we were not pushed into any decision. We were asked what we were looking for and when we said we weren’t buying that day we still got all the info we wanted and needed. Dawn was Amazing!!! We had our four year old with us and she just left like she was home. She was doing cartwheels and gymnastic moves all over that place. We visited another place before coming here and my once we were here and got to meet Dawn my daughter said I really like this place!!!! We felt at home and no pressure at all. We made a purchase about two weeks later. Nothing but a great experience thanks to Dawn and everyone else that we encountered!!!

Convenience of buying a travel trailer from my couch. Eddie was great to work with and when we arrived Jack(I believe was his name) who did our walk thru to show us everything was patience and answered all the questions we had. Dan who did the final paperwork was great at explaining everything. Hoping they add a location to Denver soon so they are close for service if needed.

This is our second time purchasing from General RV. Bob was our first sales person. Then recently Alex both were awesome. Rod the financial man was awesome. Last was the mechanic PJ is the best!! We want PJ doing all our repairs he honest know his job and does it very well! General RV is lucky to have PJ. Awesome worker

The repairs were completed properly it seems. The time table was about 60 days. The process that you could explain to customers is this:
1. Initial inspection and estimate initial process
2. Refine estimate, submit for approval from insurance company.
3. Collected my deductible up front
4. Parts ordered took about 3 or 4 weeks for all to come in.
5. Once parts are in a work order is submitted to bring unit into building and complete repairs.
Kyan did a good job keeping me updated during the process mostly.
