We really love the customer service and attention to our needs. The staff makes sure that all of our questions are answered and offers help in getting the right products for our travel trailer.
The people are respectful and don’t play silly games
People were very friendly. Had a couple of issues with the motor home and General RV took care of the problems.

There better than other rv centers
West Chester staff is awesome. They answer questions in a timely manner, respond to emails, and Are knowledgeable about repairs. Our service coordinator Jim was polite and thorough, such a pleasure to deal with.
They were very kind and helpful to take care of the issue I had! Scheduling, drop off, pick up, all went well! They also weren’t very busy so down time wasn’t an issue! Parts department was great too! Wasn’t sure if I could get just the part I needed but he researched and found I could get it and got it in fast!

My service rep, Rose, did a fine job of handling my visit to service. Through a misunderstanding, some diagnostic work was performed that I had not asked for even though I signed the doc to that effect. Rose very graciously did not charge me the diagnostic fee. I am a customer for life.
Everyone in the service bay was polite and explained and showed things to me and my son. Steve showed us products to use on our camper and worked with me well.

Everyone (Ryan, Maria, Jonathan, Derek in Ocala and Yorkshire Dave in Tampa) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and show us they were all committed to making sure our purchase went smoothly. Problems/warranty concerns were addressed quickly. Items added to our purchase (ceramic coating & slide toppers) were completed the day of purchase. We drove from Atlanta to pick up our RV and the team provided two overnight stays on site (arrival the night before our pick-up appointment and the following night due to time need for add-ons to be completed the day of pickup). The General RV team exceeded our expectations on customer service!
