Friendly atmosphere, Frontdesk girls are very efficient. Always answer the phone promptly and connect to the person I wanted.
The sales agent Joe was down to earth, did not pretend he knew everything. Showed me and my wife the same motor homes 3 to 4 times, was honest, and main reason we bought our first motor home.
We were nervous as it was a new experience for us, but they made us comfortable at all stages.
The only time we felt nervous was when it was time to drive our first motor home.
The guy , was to help us take delivery and help us get familiar regarding driving, was our impression. When he first came ,we felt he was a little aggressive and told us he was busy and we should have been told everything. Rushed through things and left. So here is me and my wife ,looking at each other, our impression was he will sit in the motorhome and help me start and practice in their lot.
He left and when we started the motorhome, parking brake light was on. We called the front desk and they felt surprised ,we were left on our own . The person came back quickly and now was very friendly, must have realized he should have stayed. Told us how to disengage the hand brake.
I started the motor home, practiced in the lot and drove home.
Except for the last part everyone was genuine and friendly and I suppose the last guy thought we were experienced ,so I don't hold thus against him.
I will recommend this company at Birch Run , MI strongly.

I have had a lot of good experiences at General Rv. I have purchased 3 fith wheel campers from them. All great quality.
The personal attention. We definitely feel like we receive VIP treatment whenever we're there. Every member we've worked with has been knowledgeable and friendly.
Our salesman, Pat was amazing, never pushy, he listened well to what we were looking for. We thought we would going to be looking thru many RVs. We didn't go to buy that day, just looking. But he listened well to what we were looking for, and had it narrowed down to just a few before we went out to tour them. He was very patient with us as well, we were there for most of the day. We ended up making a purchase that day!

Although we began our RV shopping with Daniel, NICOLE AKERS assisted us at the end and really helped us close the deal. She was wonderful and continued to follow up throughout the purchase process. Sales manager Justin helped us work numbers to facilitate our purchase. When things got tangled up regarding insurance, Chris hooked us up with RACHEL FARKAS who quickly arranged a policy with Progressive Insurance. She was amazing.
The Pre Delivery Inspection was conducted by Ken who meticulously went over the entire coach with us and arranged for last minute fixes. We were very pleased with the entire purchase experience.

The associates are the backbone of this great company. We were treated by a general manager then to a sales rep. Both greeted us at the front desk and introduced themselves with a handshake and a smile. The sales rep took us to his desk and we went over what we were looking for. We were interested in a motorhome that we were informed about but was not listed on their website inventory. We looked at it and fell in love with the motorhome. We did some number crunching, but the deal fell thru from our side not General RV. After a couple of days, we received a call from a couple of financial managers that did some number crunching. Those guys worked magic and managed to work with us to get a great deal on the same motorhome we were interested in. All of them stuck with us and made sure we were happy with our purchase. They say a motorhome we can start our memories. Our new memories started with those great guys and ladies that work in that Birch Run General RV!!!!!
