And then Trever in finance was really really great too!! We were also helped by Jim for our walk through, Aaron in the parts/accessories area, Andrew in parts and Cami at the front. Everyone was so great to work with. Also- yesterday Brett helped me on the phone and spent a long time helping me with something we missed. I really feel like this major purchase of ours is protected. I'm SO glad we made the drive from Saginaw. Worth it! Thank you all.

Thanks to the great staff at General RV Ashland , VA where I purchased my Tiffin C class RV. I have needed extra help getting the concerns address but All have been very customer focused. Rose in Service is a 10 star along with Jason, Bruce and Mark Johnson in delivery. Jeff is a great sales person and has gone the extra mile to insure all is well during and after my purchase . A shout out to John Snyder in finance along with Doug and Brent in Management. Brian and Jackson in parts are always friendly and helpful too. The General RV team are knowledgeable about RVs and the entire recreational camping experience. They are able to answer most questions and are comfortable getting answers when questions are beyond their expertise. The "Camper Training School" is a great training. It gives basic understanding of all the systems creating confidence to get out on the road safely.
The finance department worked diligently and creatively to get financing. Overall a good experience.

There are staff members who seem to empathize with customers and genuinely advocate for them (me) when they don't have to. They always strive to do the right thing, which in the long run helps keep a company sustainable and profitable with happy customers, versus dissociating with the customer after the sale.

While not everyone I've interacted with at GRV has felt educated in their role, those have been few and far between.

This is why we've purchased two units in the past four years and intend to grab our third from this GRV Huntlely location, despite significant issues with both of our units purchased.

So far I have only dealt with the service department, but Steve and Matt were absolutely awesome to deal with. Very professional, friendly and helpful. They told me what to expect when it comes to timeframe on warranty work and answered all of the questions I had.
