Everyone we met in the Service area were wonderful, helpful, and really nice individuals. Deron did a nice job of helping us with scheduling some future warranty issues. Gavin helped with making a temporary repair on our ceiling vents. But Micah was out of sight!!! He took so much time to educate us on our new 2023 Newmar Ventana 4369 even though it was delivered to us from the Detroit, MI location to our rv site in Naples, FL. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We are even more happy with our choice of buying our new RV from General RV with their multiple locations around the country.

Chris Isaacs in sales was outstanding. I will say though , ur finance dept. outside of Richmond VA was very unprofessional , pushy and way to over the top to insult us when we put a Very large cash sum down and were lambasted about not buying the additional coverage. All we said is that we needed to sleep on the potential 250$ to 300$ a month. That was unacceptable to them and 2 hours later, still push us to the point we almost walked out and we missed our first night stay in a National Park. My disabled wife who was in the Marines was VERY UPSET. It put us behind on our inaugural trip of something we had planned for over a year and caused us to lose deposit etc at 3 different sites to get back to Charlotte. Also caused me to miss a days work.
The service was great. The truck was immediately attended to and what repairs they could do that day were completed and parts were ordered for the next visit. Thanks so much.

Very courteous well organized very nice people from sales to finance to the mechanic. Loved the fact that you did Indiana plates for us . It was a very good experience. We were going to buy one closer to home but our oldest son had a bad experience with them. Glad we made the right choice and drove 2-1/2 hours to buy.
