Great Service department with a very "Can-Do!" attitude. Doing a Winerization in 20 deg weather, can't be easy, but it was done (with the help of a space heater) quickly and thoroughly. Having the Parts Store and the New RV sales in the same building makes for a nice wait experience - however, I hope that they fix their guest internet quickly, because my phone service there was non-existent. Very good experience!

Very friendly staff. We stopped in “just to look”. Kirk, our salesman, was never, ever pushy. He spent hours just showing us rigs and answering all our questions. We are the ones who decided to go ahead and buy. Manager David and Finance Chuck were all great. Richard in service went over the whole Coach in detail. Found some issues that had to be addressed. Chad in service tried to correct all the issues that needed fixing on the new motor home purchase. Very knowledgeable— but unusual parts had to be ordered. They let us hook up to power in their lot for 3 nights. We had to travel on to our destination, so when our new windshield and awning sensor arrive, we will go back. Jerry, another salesman took a couple of hours of his time while Kirk was busy to help us. Impressive. Ladies at front desk very friendly also. Thumbs up to everything. We are certain our unresolved issues will be fixed promptly.

Everyone we met seemed happy in their jobs and that joy was contagious. From the sales staff, to finance, to service and parts personnel, everyone we met was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable.
