I called Hailey Walker on Monday and she scheduled an appointment for me on Wednesday morning. Hailey is very friendly and professional. She listened to what I told her my concerns were. She made sure everyone of my concerns were addressed and she kept me informed of the progress every half hour.

The service technician were knowledgeable and professional too.

This was a pleasant experience.

MATTER WHO YOU WERE TALKING TO...SALES PERSON...TO WALK THROUGH PERSONS ..OR PEOPLE PUTTING STUFF ON SHELVES...EVERYONE WAS SO VERY NICE ..TO ME THATS RARE! AND THEN THE WONDERFUL NICE PATIENT MAN WHO DELIVERED IT TO ME..HE WAS FANTASTIC FIGURING HOW TO PUT IT WHERE I WANTED IT...HE DID! ALL THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. SO GLAD I BROUGHT MY BRAND NEW TRAILER THERE!!!

Chris Rhodedid a fantastic job on the walk through. Our salesman Kirk sold us a camper,when we didn't even know we were going to buy one. He was great.AngEl pulled it all together for us.

What do you like about our company?

Great Service department with a very "Can-Do!" attitude. Doing a Winerization in 20 deg weather, can't be easy, but it was done (with the help of a space heater) quickly and thoroughly. Having the Parts Store and the New RV sales in the same building makes for a nice wait experience - however, I hope that they fix their guest internet quickly, because my phone service there was non-existent. Very good experience!

Very friendly staff. We stopped in “just to look”. Kirk, our salesman, was never, ever pushy. He spent hours just showing us rigs and answering all our questions. We are the ones who decided to go ahead and buy. Manager David and Finance Chuck were all great. Richard in service went over the whole Coach in detail. Found some issues that had to be addressed. Chad in service tried to correct all the issues that needed fixing on the new motor home purchase. Very knowledgeable— but unusual parts had to be ordered. They let us hook up to power in their lot for 3 nights. We had to travel on to our destination, so when our new windshield and awning sensor arrive, we will go back. Jerry, another salesman took a couple of hours of his time while Kirk was busy to help us. Impressive. Ladies at front desk very friendly also. Thumbs up to everything. We are certain our unresolved issues will be fixed promptly.
