Overall great experience. There were and still are a few items that need rectified like the wrong internet installation in my RV. We all make mistakes so while I’m not happy about it - I understand and accept it was a mistake. Just wish I didn’t have to drive 1.5 hours each way, spend gas money and my time to fix the issue.

I was very impressed with the staff at General RV. In Brownstown MI. As soon as I walked in the door the ladies at the front desk made me feel right at home. I was introduced to Brad Seeman. Part of General RV's sales team. Brad took me out on the lot in the pouring rain. He showed me several travel trailers that i was interested in. Brad helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Brad even helped me negotiate a price that I was comfortable with. Then I was introduced to Kiel Cartwright. Business Manager at General RV. Kiel went to work and found me the best percentage rate available. Kiel showed me what my payment would be. And the rest is history. I purchased the 2022 Prime Time Tracer 27BHS. We scheduled an appointment for me to pickup my RV. When I arrived for my appointment I was taken back to the service center. My RV was cleaned inside and out. They also went through the trailer with me. The gentleman that showed me how everything worked was very helpful. I was comfortable leaving there knowing everything I need to know about setting my RV up on a campsite. I shopped around for about a month in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. My biggest regret is that I didn't check out General RV in Brownstown MI. first. I highly recommend doing business with General RV. This is based on my experience. while shopping some pretty well known RV retailers in the greater Toledo area. Thanks again to the team over there at General RV.
