My service rep was wonderful! Mattie. Professional. Courteous. Only suggested items/services I needed to get done for my camper instead of selling me things that I didn't need or want! She offered suggestions and tips on how to make our camping experience better, in additional to all that, she was polite and was able to get my camper ready 1.5 weeks ahead of schedule!! Thank you Mattie! I will return to get service from you guys every year because of how you treated me and all the helpful hints. When I was there and asked for a few additional items at the last minute, not only did you take care of it right then and there, but also you personally installed them on my camper yourself. I appreciate you going above and beyond and the personal service....instead of having me come back, you saved me a lot of time...thanks again Mattie. :)

Friendly, professional staff. No pressure sales!

The entire staff are friendly and eager to fulfill our needs whether it’s sales or service. Very happy that we have purchased our motorhome from them. Recently we had some issues with our coach and drove 617 miles to get it worked on. We showed up unannounced and were greeted with concern and enthusiasm. Our coach was repaired the same day and we began our much needed vacation. Thank you to all of you for your outstanding service and help.

Dealing with General RV has been a very positive experience. My point of contact has been Rachel Watson. Rachel has been one of the most positive service advisor I have come in contact with. .I have owned Rv's since 1966 and to work with a person with the class that Rachel has is very hard to find. She is a keeper and a benchmark for your organization. Thanks for the oppratunity to deal with Rachel it has really been a joy.

Miranda was great she is a Credit to the company, and everyone one was nice,I really appreciated the gentleman who showed me how to winterize the coach and Nick who took us through the walk through thank you all for a great experience.
