This was only an inspection of a coach that I purchased from your outlet in Ohio. The inspection safety inspection failed. As a matter of faith I think general RV should stand behind a basic safety item for a purchase that was always intended to be in Virginia. The sale actually began in your Ashland office. Your Ohio branch should not be allowed to push coaches on the public that do not meet basic safety requirements. This reflects poorly on general RV at large.
The building & grounds were very nice, clean, & easily accessible. The staff were very nice & helpful. Overall a great experience throughout the entire process.
We didn't buy our first camper from General but we had a warranty issue that involved the manufacturer Forest River. General RV made the unit swap out easier than I thought it would be and treated us as if we had bought our first one from them. Thank you all.
Everyone my wife and I dealt with at General RV in Ocala, FL was phenomenal. As first time rv buyers the salesman Ted made sure to take the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect coach. Chuck in finance made sure to go the extra mile to get us the best deal, and once we purchased the unit Alyson and Michael ensured that the final walkthrough and delivery went flawlessly. All in all the entire process was easy, stress-free and full of exceptional service. I will only buy RVs from General in the future. Thank you so much for everyone who helped us along the way.

Great experience with Joe the sales guy. No nonsense and kept his word. Financing was relatively painless. A couple hiccups with the prep but Ashley took care of it and made everything right. We are overall happy with the deal and excited to go camping.

When I brought in my RV for service on a Saturday, I was mistakenly under the impression that I did not need to have an appointment. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate and resolve my issue even though they didn’t have any openings for me.
