Friendly service and helpful in all ways

General RV in Draper, Utah has taken great care of us. From buying our Momentum 351m, orientation, minor repairs to maintenance, they have always given us polite, expedient service. Buying an RV is the first part of the journey, keeping it in working condition is the other. They have been helpful in that journey. We feel we can call them with questions and they give super service.

We were looking to buy a trailer and found one at the RV show. The sales people were great, financing was good but the real reason for the 10 score was for Ken, your delivery guy. He was amazing! He was professional, funny, honest and just an all around nice guy. We felt comfortable asking all of our questions and he spent a lot of time with us showing us how to use everything. Thanks Ken!
