Everyone that we interacted with provided great customer service. Hillary went above and beyond to replace our RV bathroom door, rear window, loose vinyl, and water intrusion repairs. This was in spite of the resistance by Coachmen and their sending three defective doors. We purchased our two RVs from General RV and your staff have been patient with me, even when I was frustrated with the number of repairs to our new RV. I am very happy with the personal and positive customer service we experienced. Everyone is friendly and the organization is the best RV experience we have interacted with. Hillary is an exceptional service representative because she communicated regularly about each step of the repair process and ensured I understood each step in the dealer, Coachmen, and other manufacturers processes. The way we are greeted, they listen to ensure they understand our needs and concerns. They do a quick check over to determine any other problems. After the work is done they walk us through the work that was done was to our satisfaction. Natalie was super. Thank you for being so helpful.
