Communication in text form can be difficult for me. Jefferson (the salesman) was easy to work with and understand. Cleared things up for me when I became confused. Drove from Washington to pick up the trailer and it was ready to go right at the time agreed upon. Layne made the final paperwork easy. I recommend General RV.

My associations have been limited to Blake and your parts department. First, Blake is first rate and is responsible for our purchase. Your parts department is expensive and although very helpful, they don’t seem to enjoy their job. More smiles and enthusiasm. We are having a few issues with our new Reflection 5th Wheel, so I will be in a better position to rate that department.
