Jim Morris/salesman was amazing. He was very patient, cooperative and full of great info and answers. We must of asked 100 questions, if he did not know the right answer, he got the right answer and got back with us right away. He was very honest and direct, not a "salesman", more if a consultant. He was interested in US, to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting and what we wanted. He was and is amazing. He always tells us to call him ANY TIME. Lou Marino, Bus. Manger, also was fantastic working through ALL the paper work. Both gentleman were awesome and were easy to contact and work with. This was our very first RV Coach and if there is a second, we are going back to N. Canton, OH.

Your friendly people. But I have a campgroung reserved since June 12, and you've already had the R.V. for at least 2.5 weaks before June 12th. As far as I've been told I'm still waiting for parts to come in. So much for your policy of "keeping you camping." I'm losing patience.
