The no pressure approach to buying an RV. My main concern however, was leaving there with our new motorhome and no model specific checklist to help first time RVers. Wouldn’t be that hard to make that up.

This was my first ever RV. Keith was very knowledgeable, personable, answered every question but most of all he was not a pushy sales person. His assistant Cassidy was nice.
Lee was extremely thorough in the walk thru and had great patience with me as I had tons of questions since I'm a newbie.
Shaundra was great as she gave me updates as to when the RV would be ready.
Trey went above and beyond. He's the finance guy but he also went out of his way to respond and resolve the issues on the used RV. I had a serious problem with one of the tires on my way home. It was after 7:30 p.m. I called Trey on his cell phone and he responded. He helped me contact the tow company. I wasn't left stranded after I had purchased the used RV. I was a great relief, just knowing that the company you purchased from is going to make it right. That in itself is worth a million bucks.

Location, great service
They have worked diligently to fix the problems encountered after buying a new RV. Sometimes because they are the immediate face of your purchase it's easy to blame the dealer for the OEM's and subvendors' failures, but you have to remember they are stuck just like you. They are the only ones who will solve your problem! I have had problems with the OEM's assembly and especially the infotainment system. The latter takes a while to figure out the problems because you have to learn what it is supposed to do before you can find out it isn't working correctly. It can be very frustrating.
General RV has stuck with it at ne cost to me and I hope my next scheduled appointment will resolve the last problem. They are very organized despite the huge backlog caused by this virus.
It was our first time buying a travel trailer and the walk through they gave us made us confident that we could do this and not have to worry.
