I appreciated the way we were told about the lengthy pick up process. It helped us to begin the day knowing it was going to take hours. And, throughout the day being constantly updated. While the wait wasn’t ideal, at least being kept informed made the 6 hours tolerable.

Responded to phone calls and emails rather quickly. Listened and got us what we wanted rather then trying to push us to buy something else we weren’t 100% happy with. Good orientation and overall experience.
Clean. Friendly and helpful service advisor. Repairs completed on time. My only issue is with the secretary for the service Dept. Not helpful at all. I felt like was an inconvenience to her. “Go sit in the waiting room” was her response when I came in at my scheduled time. Never said who my service guy was. I don’t think she even told him that I was there. Maybe some more training in customer involvement needs to happen.

Every year we get our trailer summerized in the spring and winterized in the fall. General RV does a very thorough job and inspects the camper too, which we really appreciate. We paid more at another camper dealership with no inspection! No way we’ll go anywhere else.

I waited four weeks to have a electrical problem resolved and I was about an hour late for the time the service representative suggested he could get me in, but he didn’t promise he could get it worked that day. However he got in and in an hour and half later it was resolved. My point is that your people take the extra Step to make things happen for their customers.
