That you fixed your error in a timely manner. My unit had a slide out issue. (Turns out the issue was an intermittent short circuit.) The slide out worked for the tech and I was told the unit was ready for pickup. Fortunately (?), we tested the unit and the slide out short occurred again. The service supervisor immediately got on the issue rather than sending me back home without my unit. I specifically told the service writer the error code was a short circuit when I brought it in. More diagnostics re the short circuit would have saved you the embarrassment of saying the issue was fixed - but you made it right within an hour.

Went to Browns town first .. very friendly and ended up going to Mt Clemens MI. and actually bought our first 5th Wheel and love it., Everyone was very friendly and our sales man really went out of his way and not pushy in any way and patience which we appreciated until we decided to go forward on a purchase on our new and first 5th wheel.
