So far we have been very pleased with General. We have needed some minor repair and we have the best service rep! Maddie at the Mt Clemens store couldn’t be more attentive and helpful!!

Salesman Eric, F&I rep Chuck, Delivery Coordinator Anne and Kathi H. that educated me about everything on my 1st ever RV, are awesome! Huge shout out to Chuck for sharing his cell phone number even though he was taking some time off…now that’s customer service. And Kathi really made me feel like a VIP and a member of the family. Very grateful for her patience during my RV education session!

The maintenance that we had done to our Jayco coach was done very fast. Price charged was just right. Went to the Clarkston dealership. Very nice people. Pleased with their service.
