We never felt pressured to buy any particular RV. Once we purchased a class A, we have numerous issues with it, which is very disappointing, but the service area has been great and is working with us to fix all of the issues.

You're company, is very good the only thing I did not like is they should have taken care of my tire replacement, before delivering to me and coming all way back to get it to bring it back to take care of the tire replacement.

They were very Helpful, after i Purchased a used Pop up Camper, Camper had a lift Problem, I Paniced because Lift broke on first try? I was very upset, I thought i had beed Had, But Angie Reassured me & Clam me Down, The Staff took a Look & Found out a Shear pin Broke,They Replaced the Pin & Help me Learn the System🥰🤣 Im Camping in it Today &it Rained, No Leaks& It seems to be working Okay Now, All i can do Now it be Careful & Hope it Last. SO FAR SO GOOD 😉👍🏼

I have experienced some frustration recently due to issues with my RV that is only a year old. Taylor Brooks was terrific in making sure all of the warranty work was completed and/or scheduled. She kept me informed and ensured she was following their processes though even though she knew I was very frustrated. I appreciate her patience and persistence.

Nick Williams is on top of things and very responsive for our service needs for our Thor RV.

The Ashland location was on top of any issues that I had with the trailer that we own, I delt with only one person from start to finish even prior to taking the trailer in for service. I had 10 items that needed to taken care of or looked at, They and the trailer in the repair bay within 2 days of drop off and had all items taken care of by end of day. When picking up they went through all items they had done and what was unable to be completed waiting for replacement parts to fix a mfgs construction error, they report that they will notify me when it arrives so they can complete the repair.
