Mu wife and I have been treated like royalty. All the way from Glen our sales consultant to the big guy who did the deal. Can’t remember his name. Then for our delivery experience. Ed was so far above and beyond. You don’t find that kind of service any more.

Service and timely expediting of everything. They knew I was on a short timeline and worked it to get get me in and out quickly and delivered it to my house the next day. Very detailed step by step on how to use everything.

Service adviser Michelle Robie really cares about you and works hard to find the cause of your problem. She constantly keeps you informed.

You have a very nice place to spend the night. This is important to us full timers.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Joshua worked with us to get a great deal put together. Thomas, in finance, was wonderful to work with.

Pickup day was very nicely done. We brought our two dogs with us and they got lots of love and attention from the staff. The walkthrough was thorough and complete. We traded in another trailer and the service team switched over our furion backup camera, took off our old hitch, and installed the new one.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend General RV in Weyland.
