Overall, the biggest issue I had was when I took the RV trailer home & then drove down to Missouri, the drive was horrible. The trailer was swaying a lot & it didn’t feel safe. Well when I arrived at my destination in Missouri & unhitched the trailer, I found that the trailer was not hooked up correctly. First there was a cotter pin missing from the hitch pin so the entire assembly could have came off & the trailer would have possibly hit something or had been damaged. The second thing was the sway bar hitch, the small one the sway bar hooks up to, the lock it was completely off. I went & bought the required parts need for it to be safe & the drive back home from Missouri was way better & safer.

Other than that, which I am not pleased about, everything went well. We are happy with our purchase & hope I can hear from someone regarding the hitch issue.

Had the part In stock, reasonable priced. Tech was responsive and courteous.
