From start to finish the General RV team was incredible. We are from Southern California and purchased our unit from the Michigan location. They are attentive to our needs and keep us posted on the work we request. We have been going there for 14 years and they know us and our vehicle. We have a class B RV abd they treat it like it was a huge Class A.

Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions!! Bill did an amazing walkthrough and demonstration of everything in the Motorhome. He was patient and honest with his answers. We were extra thankful for Gordie, who took extra time to make sure things were taken care of and then stayed after hours to take us on a test drive/lesson! Our overall experience was exceptional!!!
