Easy and pleasant

This is our 1st travel trailer purchase. Our appointment started at 1130 and we were the last ones to leave. Jason was our guide to accept the purchase and do our walk thru. This guy was awesome! Shared his knowledge, experience and complete patience with us while we asked all the "questions". Everyone else we dealt with (Anne and Chuck) were just as courteous. We are hoping if we have issues or our next purchase is as outstanding as our 1st. Thank you all from the Knudson's. Go Vikings even though we lost 1st round. Go Jags??

This is the second time that General RV has come to our rescue. The service advisor in both instances quickly assessed the problem and quickly got us in for repairs. In the RV world this speaks volumes about the integrity of the dealership and its personnel. General RV strives to take care of rv travelers no mater what the issue is and that is a good piece of mind when you are broken down far from home.

Communication about my repairs was timely and professional.

I appreciate the constant communication from service writer. Updates of why things are going well or not so well. Communication is how you keep customers happy good or bad.

I had a major issue with some work that was done! Brittany May the Service Manager was awsome to work with! As was Niki! Both of them were professional, personal and extremely attentive to my concerns! The only reason for the 9 rather than 10 is the tech missed an obvious problem. Fortunately Brittany found a fair and immediate solution to the problem which could have been a very time consuming and ugly situation. Brittany is a true asset to your organization! I have nothing but praise for her. She is the major reason that I will continue doing business with General RV.

Personal attention

I was impressed by Scott Kittle, with whom I was able to quickly negotiate an attractive cash price, as well as by Caroline Guest, who documented the transaction and scheduled the closing. My wife and I were partucularly impressed by Jim, who gave us a thorough tour of the unit prior to closing. He is a great asset for General RV Ocala - very though, patient, and with a great sense of humor.
