I was told it was going to be $132 originally. Then I was told we could get the couch cleaned for an additional $99, but I paid over $300 once everything was done. Little disappointed with the price.
Great service and quality work vs. competitors
Fernando was great. Not impressed with not being able to clean up the wear and tear spots, because when he left we tried some Resolve and those spots cleaned right up.

Method used to clean carpets.
Always show up on time, do a great job, and are very courteous.
Should of been more specific about extra charges on stains. Technician did perform a night light test before the cleaning and told me those stains should be able to come off since they were not penetrated into the pad. All the dirt was removed from the light carpet but the stains remained and now you can clearly see them more. I should of left my carpet alone. I will definitely spread the word and I will not recommend zerorez. I called company and they sent a second technician and that's when I found out about the hidden fees. He was sent to finish the work that was never done right the first time for free but when he arrived it was an additional $130 for the remove of the stains. This was never disclosed during my phone call. This was a waste of my time, when I clearly had to reschedule to make for this appointment. Removing the stains is something that would of changed my point of view about zerorez but it definitely made it a worse experience.

I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the level of service options specific for my needs. The communication between the company, the technician, and myself was great.
I spent $200 to have my carpets cleaned and although the technician I believe was professional and was only doing what he’s been trained to do he said that the “every day and normal spots“ we would see in our carpet could only be cleaned if we purchased the upgrade cleaning method. I have used zerores before and those very common spots were removed without the upgrade. We have been very satisfied with zerores with previous cleanings, this time around was much different. I have spent a total of about two hours removing those spots which took very little effort since your technician left.
My carpets looked and felt very clean. The technician was very professional. Fernando was friendly and hard working. He did a very good job.

I loved our technician, he was amazing! Very friendly and took time to explain in detail what he was doing and showed me and my husband the trouble spots and made sure we understood what would be done and what our options were. He also made sure to show us the completed areas and made sure we were happy with the services department he provided. I was pleased with the service provided and that he mention other things we could do in the future to treat our hardwood floor and or furniture.
