The condition of my carpet after shampooing plus the willingness of the operator to answer all questions and work hard to provide the best job possible, especially on the trouble spots on my carper. I'm looking forward to the same kind of jobs when I have my ducts cleaned next month!

The carpets look great and I was pleasantly surprised to find that you seal granite also. Had been wanting to get that done professionally so it was great to do it.
