The drop-in and 10-class pass fees are quite expensive. I love Semperviva Sea Studio, but I'd be much more likely to recommend it if the fees were more affordable.

Great studio, excellent teachers, typically kept very clean. Great front desk people as with the rest of the Semperviva team. Wish some teachers wouldn't crank up the heaat (there are other locations for those that want hot yoga). Overall love Semperviva and the City stuidio. More Alli Schafer please! :)
Yoga teacher (Hailey) was fantastic.

Very friendly & knowledgable staff memebers. Lots of classes with many different instructors. Locations are great & in walking distance. Only been to one class so far but the teacher was really great & I really enjoyed the class.

Loved the class and the feel of the studio! The clothing room is incredibly crowded could possibly be organized better.
Locker, change room and bathroom areas could be more accommodating. It's a bit of an inconvenience where the washrooms are located and in the winter months walking into the change room with shoes but walking out barefoot for class can feel not very clean.
Friendly, and I love the physical space of this studio.
I felt that the instructor talked a lot about reducing "ego," but also spent a lot of time talking about his own beliefs about the world; it felt a little intrusive and unnecessary.

The Sun Centre is close to home and easy to get to.
The staff is friendly and the instructors mindful, knowledgeable and kind.
The facility is clean.
On the down side, the mats feel really close together.
The props are convenient and plentiful.

Less crowded classes. The Kits (Broadway), 9:30 am Hatha class needs to switch it up instead of the instructor doing the exact same thing week after week and talking a lot of repeated nonsense.
Mon & Wed at 9:30 at Kits (Broadway) are absolutely fabulous!
Superb instructors like Maggie Andersen, the new mats, the welcome from whoever is on the front desk, Sea Studio...
The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the studio was very comfortable!
Excellent instructors. space isn't too large, not imposing, friendly, has a slightly 'homey' feel. It's earthy, realistic. The teachers are excellent, knowledgable, helpful, kind. The cork tile floor is a great addition - warmer, more intimate than the concrete of Kits, easier to clean, and probably healthier than the carpet at Sea Centre on Granville Island. Overall Sun Centre is clearly the best.
ps - The hot yoga in Yaletown is closing at the end of November, if you want that overpriced space ...

Some classes waaaaay too crowded do not having people's feet in my hair - please limit class sizes. Otherwise love semperviva
A little crowded inside the room. Sometimes a little cold. Would love to be able to do hot yoga too.
Strengths are the people - those at the front desk and the teachers.
