Quality of instructors. Multiple locations. Good class variety.
I love the studio but I am finding it very dirty lately. even if I try to clean my mat BEFORE yoga the sponges are gritty and gross (leaving the mat just as dirty as before) and the floor itself is sticky. So I wonder if some more rigorous cleaning could happen, in addition to the regular 'mat wipe' after each class?
The bottle neck of getting in and out of classes is my least favourite part of the studio. It would be so much smoother if the clothing storage area were not in the studio. I also would prefer to see a few less mats in the studio, or at least them more staggered.

Friendly staff. Generally great studios, but I did find the Sun Centre to be often too small & crowded.
I think I am repeting this survey. I like some of the classes and intructors. The courses are very useful for me. I live close by. I like the style of the studios. I find interesting workshops that I attend if I can (not away for work or sick).
Only one washroom and I didn't feel like the curtains gave me enough privacy to hange

Cover up north facing windows (above closet/cubby holes) so that the studio is darker.
Excellent instruction inthe class I attended. However due to the large size of the
class it felt quite impersonal which created an experience of disconnect which
was unfortunate.

We have (had) class cards we purchased over a year ago and thought did not expire, every studio we go follows this policy so why not Semperviva? Nope, not honoured ;-) Semperviva Sea Studio is not the studio we go to very regularly but when we do it is enjoyable until this happened. Not a good policy to build loyalty. In my opinion this only makes students unhappy and sends them packing somewhere else. I know you are a business but come on, honour what you sell no matter when it is used.
Love! Very clean and inviting. Just suggest adding flip flops in the bathroom since we don't wear shoes or socks in the studio.

I completely understand that fitting as many people into the room ties into accommodating customers and whatnot. And I am respectful of others' space, but courtesy is not always reciprocated which resulted in a lot of excessive contact and accidental hitting from more aggressive neighbours. I would really look into reducing the capacity per session.
The space is not as bright as the other studios so it just felt more cramped and basement like.
the facility itself. Sometimes there are 80 people in class and two washrooms. It could be designed better for flow of people and space. It feels crowded and busy at times due to this.
Studio space is a bit small. The front area and change room is also tight when it gets busy. More than one washroom will be nice too.
