Classes are too crowded

Love the space for the yoga class, it adds the nature aspect (sky and sea).
Enjoy the teachers and their style of teaching. My body and mind are always happy when leaving.
I love doing yoga at kit beach! I have a friend who doesn't like yoga mats so close together so can't recommend to her.
Otherwise I give glowing reports to people I know : )
Staff were very helpful, friendly and conscientious.
I really like the location of this studio, all in the center of everything.
The size of the studio is perfect.
Walking in this location, and having access to products, and it make the space more beautiful too.
On the down side, i wish there were bathroom also in the changing space
have the studio a warmer temperature. I'm always so cold at your locations!

Find the studio entrances and change room areas small and too congested during popular evening classes, which Is a turn off when exiting class.
Love the Sea studio. Nothing better than doing yoga watching the boats on falsecreek go by.

I thought the baby and yoga session was going to be more like a regular yoga class than it was. My friend said that it was a substitute teacher when I was there but I was really hoping to get in more of a traditional yoga class and more exercise than I got.
I thought Chantal was a lovely instructor! She was super warm and welcoming and taught a fabulous class. The space was warm, clean and inviting! Loved it!

Good instructors, all I have encountered are very thoughtful and knowledgeable with great reminders and tips. Also great variation between instructors. Also happy about the 5.45 class, fits my work schedule well. And the option to go earlier or later is great.

Would prefer if there was more time between classes to get set up and settled.
I love the location. I also like that you provide mats and I like most of the instructors. Just wish you had more times, especially around 11am on week days and also not just Hatha. Too bad you don't have a bit bigger area so that members can sit and have there tea after class without crowding the next people waiting to get in to the class.
Convenient, great staff. Studio is too small.
Morning classes should end right on time. It would be great if the room could be a little warmer too:)

Aili Storen's classes are perfect when you need an intense session, and I've enjoyed most of your other instructor's classes as well when I'm looking for something a little more restful.
Good instruction
Atmosphere is great, pure relaxation and enjoyment
I found it odd that the teacher wasn't available before class to discuss injuries and modifications. No one asked about how much experience I had, or if I'd even ever done yoga before. Overall, didn't feel welcome and didn't feel as though the teacher was attentive (no hands-on corrections were given).
