Add another Mommy and Me class or time (11:15, once a week, is challenging for naps and lunch-time)

The schedule is great, variety of classes all day long. Each studio is amazing,tidy and clean.

I would tell a friend that the yoga instruction is great but to stay vigilant and watch the auto-renew transactions and keep track of their visits if using a 10 pass card
I was disappointed with the explanation and lack of follow up of having my pass cancelled. There was email dialogue from a number of different staff, and when I asked to come in person to talk with someone...I never heard a reply.
I did choose to go in person and instead of an auto renew...I purchased a one time 10 pass card and asked for my visa information to be removed. Just recently I inquired about how many visits I had left..only to be told, oh don't worry its on auto-renew!
I would have appreciated ONE person to communicate with and a response when I asked to talk to someone in person. I also would have appreciated Semperviva honouring my request to remove my visa info from my file.
I would also like to recommend adding to the website, a way for people to track the number of visits remaining in a 10 visit card as there have been times where my tracking and the stores tracking was not the same.
I do enjoy the studio and the wide variety of yoga and instructors but I would encourage people to be vigilant with the money side of things

Great teachers, lots of class times
The studio hasn't been clean and organized enough lately.
Too many people are crammed into a small space.
The following class rushes in before I have even rolled up my mat.
Very un-yogi like I would say.

Your staff were very personable and positive also very helpful. The instructor was great! It was my second time participating in a yoga experience, and the instructor made it very easy to be able to understand/follow/participate during the class.

This was my first time at Semperviva. I took the three day Workshop with Eoin Finn and I found that the workshop didn't live up to my expectations nor the write-up on the website.
The variety of types of yoga on offer is very exciting and the fact that I don't need to bring a matt with me makes the whole experience very easy and hassle free!

Classics too crouded
Quite often in classes lately -- especially in the morning -- the volume of the talking from the front desk area once class starts is quite noticeable. And frequently, it is just the front desk staff that remains in that area. It's noticeable during opening meditation.
Nice stdio (people and place) and good equipment
Relaxing and peaceful.
I wish the music weren't so loud when people play pop/rock! I can't hear the instructor and it is just so tense-making!
Also: I would LOVE it if you warned people certain classes/teachers are prone to breaking out in rave-like dancing. It is...startling...to come for a good, strong flow class and suddenly have hooting and dancing. I love that other people love it, and there are some times I love it but other times I really don't love it and would chose a different class.
The teachers are all amazing. I have never been to a studio where the teachers are so committed to the practice and seem so knowledgeable about everything they teach. I have only been to a few classes, but each one has been very inspiring and has left me feeling joyful. Thank you!
More washroom, bigger lounge area
It was clean, spacious, and not too bright.
It's nice that you also provide the mattress and blocks/blankets.
The diffuser and the oil choice was good too.
Last class I attended was too crowded and busy for me.
