I just enrolled. so far so good :)
I appreciate that we can do yoga in a such beautiful space and relaxed environment. The staff and teachers are also professional and friendly. I enjoy to come here and wish you can open more classes here in sea center.

Classes are very full at peak times. There is not enough space to go through the different poses properly at times.
I had only attended one class so it is hard to comment on this now.
Very friendly front desk staff. Great price deal. The instructor, Lisa, had something for all levels and reinforced to go at your own pace.

I like the viarity of classe and teachers. I easpecially like Sea Studio for the location and view
The atmosphere the teachers create are comparable to other yoga studios.
Ben gives very clear and concise cues to help you move through practice without complications or second guessing ourselves. I felt safe and trust because of his firm confidence in his voice.
First name removed is very enthusiastically passionate and intentional especially in the beginning of class to have a good class foundation set.You can really feel and hear the love when she teaches. Her cues are also very informative and easy to understand.
The view is amazing rain or shine, day or night. The only thing would be the carpeted flooring. It makes it less sturdy to practice on. But because of that, it does challenge our balance more.
Taking transit may be less accessible depending on where they are coming from.
I feel that the teachers are what really make the studios great. But I do feel that I like the Sea Studio more than Sun Studio. Maybe because of how the voices/sounds travel in that studio vs. sea studio.

please add an air essence diffuser at the end of the room, as there is many smelly students that makes the classes really unconfortable
The YA's. The incredible devoted teachers, the variety of workshops, the clean comfortable studios. The amazing community that Semperviva has created. How accessible Semperviva has made it for every body to practice yoga.
