Such a lovely studio, I was scared for my first class there but the instructor Jazz I think was amazing and the ladies at the front desk were so warm and friendly. Truly fab place :)

When there are trainings at Sea, as there often are, maybe a schedule could be posted monthly so we know when the trainings will be. We like to arrive 30 minutes before class but shouldn't bother if there is a training. Also, please get the leaders of the trainings to get students out so we have a full 15 minutes to get into the zone before class.

Having said that she taught a great class and had little very flow. Just got lost a bit when I couldn't hear
It's just not in my neighbourhood and I don't often recommend yoga studios other than in my hood.

Teachers and schedule are great! Mats provided are good quality. Always enough props.
Unfortunately I won't be able to recommend to everyone (for ex bring a date here or workassociate ) as
facility is not outstanding (compare to yoga):
-as there is no showers, lockers, changing rooms
- the room smells sweaty after previous class
There are ants 🐜 @ Sun studio run get now and they were crawling all over my mat last session.

Extremely expensive drop in fee. Fairly standard practice to offer first class free or at least a small discount. Also very mediocre Yin glass. Felt I could have done it at home.

The environment. I have gone to Semperviva classes in Kits (both the west 4th location and the Broadway location) - they are always packed, it's impossible to not touch someone as you move through the various positions and they are pretty dark. This location was bright, relaxing and the class was not overly crowded. I am planning on getting a pass at Semperviva now so that I can go to classes at this location.
