Shower area, parking, cleaned mats
My daughter and I appreciate that we are able to attend classes together even tough we are at different levels. The teachers give detailed instructions that are easy to follow and this has been great in improving our practice. We also enjoy the atmosphere of the studio.
Variety and amount of classes, plus I always come back to Semperviva for the instructors.
Unconditional support within a yoga practise and an extremely friendly and gentle environment. We are reminded to be kind and loving to ourselves both physically as well as emotionally in every class and to others.
Personally, I like to practise with music because it occupies my mind while I am breathing, it's an active meditation.
I have tried all the studios including hot yoga, which was great at another time in my life. Semperviva is by far my favourite studio, excellent instructors who keep it light, positive and challenging if that's what you want. Thanks!

There was no disappointment, I just live on the other side of the country. I would recommend your training courses to anyone I know willing to travel to Vancouver.

Great customer service, clean, relaxing environment...
There were carpenter ants roaming around all over the area where we were. Several people kept getting up during the class to use the bathroom, which was disruptive. The room got hot and stuffy. Ugly room.
However, the girl at the front desk was amazing and I was very impressed with her professionalism. The teacher was also very good!!
I like the flexible hours, the large variety of classes. I especially like my yoga teachers

it is the only yoga studio I've ever been to that isn't cliquey. It's a very welcoming place.
I hate to complain, because I love the studio so much, and appreciate the free mats!! But the new ones are too slippery for vinyasa.
The classes are often over crowded and very noisy both immediately prior to the start of class and immediately at the close of class

There seem to be more props now or perhaps there were fewer people in the class I attended. Previously there were not enough props.
Free parking was much easier to find than on my previous visits to this studio.
Parking is difficult to find.
I prefer the studios without carpet.

Great instructors, friendly staff, the option of using a studio mat, that props are available, the multiple locations combining to offer a range of styles and class times.
Lots of classes! I can always find one at a time I'm wanting it. Also like the broad variety of teachers - different content so I'm never bored.
