Beautiful location and scenery, love the studio, equipment, staff, water, tea and my instructor, Derek I think, was most enjoyable and knowledgeable.
The instructor this morning at 7am hatha Friday at sun center gave excellent precise instruction about body position. I came with my partner who is brand new to yoga and it really helped him. We came earlier in the week amd although I asked the teacher to please help him because he was new, she didn't do much and he left with sore knees and wrists. This could have been avoided with better instruction
He is a fit, young man.
I went to the vinyasa Power Flow class. I think it should be more clear on your website of how warm the class is going to be. I have been to your Hatha classes a couple years ago and they were a normal temperature. Maybe it is known within the Yoga community that the Vinyasya Power Flow classes are warm, but I wasn't aware and I don't recall seeing in the class description that it would be so warm. I don't do well in the strong heat and felt light headed a few times during the class. I think it would be good to give a clearer heads up that it is going to be quite warm in the class room during these classes, so newer guests can be aware.

Good teachers, friendly staff
There are some classes that could be better described so that people who absolutely hate dancing in front of other people (to the point that it makes them want to curl up in a ball and die) do not accidentally put themselves in that situation (though its great that a lot of people seem to enjoy those classes!)

the room was excessively full of people. I had to continuously be aware of others within my personal space and that I wouldn't hit during a swan dive.
The staff and teachers were very knowledgeable and friendly and the whole studio atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
Really like Jolene as instructor but find the space small and cramped- it would be nice to have more space between people

Maybe it is just me but as much as I wanted to join a yoga studio it is just always packed in there.
The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and polite. And your studio seems great but the class I attended was just too crowded.

I enjoy the yoga - it is more of a cost thing and have to justify spending the money on yoga and so don't always feel like I can convince someone else to spend the money on yoga
