Every massage therapist I’ve had has been great.
I was very impressed with Dylan's professionalism. He is a great masseuse. I was impressed with his techniques he focused on the areas that i have addressed in the beginning of the massage.
Was very relaxing and would recommend to anyone who wants to go to get a massage.

Alexia does a great job in the Rome location. Everyone there is super nice. The only drawback is that my HSA card no longer works there.

Belky is a very knowledgeable masseuse. She did an awesome massage. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
There is just NOTHING to not like. The location is good and parking is abundant. The building is clean, nicely decorated and aromatic, the staff are very customer oriented, and the therapists are wonderful. The membership plan is a great way for me to make sure I take time for myself at least once a month, and using the website is easy and convenient.

Jessica explained all of the different types of facials and which one was right for me. The one she suggested was actually less expensive then the one I told her I wanted. She didn't pressure me to buy products and gave me samples to try. I could tell a huge difference in my skin after the facial! I will definitely be back. Thank you, Jessica!!
The facility is clean, quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff are always pleasant and professional. Shawn's skill level and knowledge of massage practice is outstanding, and I always leave my appointments feeling better physically and emotionally!
The therapist I use, Robin. She is professional in every way, kind and always asks if there’s anything we should focus on. After, she always thanks me for allowing her to work on me. She is the BEST!
While the staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, I was incredibly disappointed with my massage. The therapist did not listen to my request of focusing on my neck and shoulders. Her pressure was inconsistent and I could tell that she was getting tired. I asked her if she was good and she replied yes. To be honest, I should’ve requested to stop the massage. This was my first time at LaVida and I had a gift card to use. My massage was scheduled for 90 minutes and I deeply regret spending my gift card on a long massage that I did not like. I would appreciate a full credit to my account to have a different massage therapist.

Alex is a great therapist! She is the best you have. Honestly she is probably the only reason I have my membership still some of the other therapists are not quite as good especially for deep tissue.
