The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and skilled; however, I feel he spent too much time talking through his process and not enough time on actual massage. In our 60 minute session, the therapist did good work on my upper back but left little time for my lower back, and I left with unresolved tension and soreness in that area. I think there was a subtle push for me to come back or perhaps sign up for a membership, but at $100 a session excluding tip, and after a experience that felt incomplete, I can't justify the expense.
You have the chair massage and that is what I can do and need..Nicole is so right on with my needs and areas she has been the very best and direct, knowledgeable, punctual, and precise misuse I have experienced in my 40 yrs of back therapy. Your place is very clean n organized. The receptionists also friendly, relate, bookings, and great smiles make my day..You all are the whole package here. Thankyou Name removed

Ash was absolutely Amazing! There was some construction noise going on during my massage and the manager gave me a discount and asked for the noise to calm down as there were customers in the spa. I will be requesting Ash from now on out because I was still super relaxed with the noise.

My therapist, Charisse is absolutely extraordinary. She knows the human body very well and how to work on me to release my knots and tension. After my massage with her I always feel like I have had a whole body tuneup.
The rest of the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. They are professional, courteous, and efficient.
The atmosphere is very serene and clean. I have never had a bad experience.

I always feel welcome when I enter the facility. The staff members are so friendly. The place always smells great and is kept very clean. You get that relaxing feel upon entry until you leave. The massage therapists are top notch in my opinion. I see Michael Ray, a therapist that has a lot of experience in this field. He is extremely good and such a pleasant individual. I’ll recommend his services without any hesitation.

The communication with the the front desk needs work. I received this “offer” for a free facial or salt session and reached out to them via email and never heard back.

I was not super happy with this massage. My muscles felt no different afterwards. The massage was super basic and not deep tissue which I asked for. She did not spend time on my neck and head which I asked for also. She was a very kind and sweet person, but needs more training based on what I received.
