The service and care I received at LaVida Massage was a 10/10!! I highly recommend! The massage therapist gave me an amazing massage and checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed. She made sure to aak about specific areas of concern that I had before she started and at the end she gave me info on how to care for myself. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back! šš¼āŗļø

I get frustrated when some providers don't fully complete the session time

Massage therapist was scrolling on her cell phone while massaging my leg with the other hand. Who does that?!!! Whatās more important than giving 100% to clients. Needless to say, it reflected on her tip. My facial, however was great. Melissa was very attentive.
Apologies for the cell phone usage. The therapist has been spoken to and has assured us it will not happen again. We are glad you enjoyed your facial though. Hope to see you soon!
The therapists have not been great here for a long time. I'm canceling my membership due to it. They need more expansive profiles and pictures in their profiles as well.

I had a membership that I decided to cancel and now have to use 6 credits in 30 days. I think thatās ridiculous considering that I paid for the service. However with that being said the reason I didnāt want a membership there anymore is because both my husband and myself were not impressed with the massages and additionally not impressed with the lack of friendliness from the office staff on two occasions. I gave it one more try to see if I wanted to use the remaining credits I have as quickly as I possibly can but I honestly just donāt want to come back so I think Iāll just take the loss.
The quick and accessible treatment provided a refreshing break, leaving my skin feeling revitalized. If you are short on time after a massage a mini facial is a nice addition to complete the day of health and wellness. LaVida Massage is the hidden GEM where you can go to relax, reset your internal battery. A place where you can BEā¦ā¦proving that quality services can be found in unexpected places.

My visit was wonderful......Crystal managed to find all my problem areas....and she even
put up with my "chatty-cathy" personality.
I do have 1 complaint......I was taken into room at 12:15....my appt time was 12:00...then
take into account the prep time. Although my actual massage time was amazing....
I was told my time was over at 1:07. Being charged $99 for 1 hour massage....I did
come away with the feeling I didn't actually receive the hour I was expecting..
Next visit should be much closer to that 1 hour.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so happy to hear you loved your massage. We give 5 minutes before and after for dressing and consultation. Therefore, the hands on time is always 10 minutes less the scheduled time.

Jess was great and very professional. My sheets were not 100% dry and she noticed right away and offered to change them out. I told her it was fine and at the end of the massage she had a $25 gift card for me. I really felt like that was going the extra mile and it was an awesome massage as well!
Great massage!
Everyone is friendly and professional. I have some major neck and shoulder issues. Katy has worked on me twice and my shoulder felt so much better each time. My physical therapists said they have had great experiences at LaVida as well which is a great recommendation.
Honestly, I felt like the service was NOT worth $114 with the tip.
I did arrive a couple of minutes late, but still had to wait to be called back, so not sure it mattered.
I was back for 45 minutes.
I would not do this again.
I understand costs are rising, but this is way too much for the type of service and I would not recommend to any friends or family.

Jodi, we do our absolute best to make sure every client gets their full time with their massage. Unfortunately, when a client is late it can cut into the amount of time they receive. If the therapist does not have another client directly after you we can extend your session time and accommodate the full session time. Great staff and very nice massages.
My only suggestion is to offer some type of aromatherapy spray/mist before the massage starts. I've seen other places have a variety of scents (relax, energy, stress relief, etc), and they ask you if you want one.
