Hi Gloria, first off, thanks for being a loyal benefits program member for almost a year! I'm glad you've enjoyed our amazing therapeutic custom massages for all this time, and the industry-leading flexibility and ease for the discounted benefits program.
I'm sorry to see this review, since we specifically communicated and explained to you just a few days ago in person that the charge was valid, just like all the ones since March 2023, and that cancelling appointments are not the same as cancelling your benefits program, as explained through multiple modalities of communication.
You agreed and did the needful, taking 2 mins to fill out the termination form.
Despite our generous flexibility and clear guidelines on the program, including extending to you a complimentary 3 month suspension, resulting in about $200 additional savings and keep your discounted pricing, I am disappointed that you still chose to file a dispute for a clear valid charge.
As always, we welcome direct communication with us to resolve any issues or concerns and to clarify anything.

Great environment...rooms were peaceful and relaxing, lighting and music was subtle and comforting, our masseurs were well-trained, soft-spoken, and put us at ease instantly.
I love that I can always get an appointment and all massage therapists and front desk are so nice & friendly.

We understand that price increases can be frustrating. Unfortunately, they are necessary in order to attract and keep talented massage therapists and to keep up with increasing vendor prices as well. Our walk in rates and membership prices are also pretty comparable to the other chain spas in the area (Massage Envy, Dream Clinic) and we do our best to provide a quality service that matches the price. We do not plan on having any price increases this year and you are currently grand-fathered in to a cheaper rate and get the best price we offer at LaVida.
