The office was cold, the room was cold, the person that did my massage burped in my face, when I said 20% for tip she did not verify the amount and it was way over 20%. The tip was a mercy rip giving time to grow into the job. So no. Won't recommend. I'll stick to actual massage places. But never that place again.
Thank you for letting us know. Please know that we can make adjustments to make our clients more comfortable at any time, whether that is positioning, pressure, or temperature! Your therapist would happily increase the setting on the thermostat, add a blanket, or increase the temperature on the massage table's heated pad. To Whom It May Concern,
There are real concerns. My account for the past three months has been charged twice.
I am hoping that this next month will be different and I will only be charged once.
I know everything is going up price wise and I live right now on a fixed income.
I have been a member for awhile now and it started at $59.95. It went up to $69.95 and I hear it's about to go up again. I believe members should stay at the rates they started at and new members should pay the higher cost of becoming a member. My Planet Fitness membership has stayed the same.
On a great note, Lavida massage and Robin Bennett has really helped to keep my joint pain down. I am thankful for that! Robin is AMAZING at Lavida Massage in Cartersville Ga.

I looked into your account and fixed the double membership charges. Your account is accurate now.
Thank you for understanding how expensive things are getting. Our prices did go up on November 1st to $79.95. All the older members are at $69.95. There are no plans to increase the older members to the new price at this time.

I haven’t felt this relaxed since before I got pregnant. This prenatal massage was exactly what I needed. George was amazing!
I’ve been a member of LaVita for many years now. And generally always have an amazing experience and massage at LaVita. With the exception of this past Saturday. My massage with Denise was not pleasant at all. First, the room was so cold and AC blew nonstop I was freezing the entire time. Denise’s hands and cream were so cold and never warmed up. Her movements were so fast, I wasn’t sure if she was trying to warm up her hands, or she was extremely hyper. I’m not one to complain, but felt like this needed to be addressed. I will definitely be back, because I love the staff, and enjoy my experience. Denise is so nice, and I would never want to hurt her feelings, but will not choose her again. I’d like to remain anonymous. Thank you.
