Great therapist and relaxing atmosphere
Very relaxing massage. Jill applied the right amount of pressure. My only disappointment was it was an hour long massage, I was asked to be there 10:to 15 minutes early but yet wasn't taken back to the parlor until 5:minutes after my appointment. Of course I was given 5 minutes to unchange, the massage was great, it ended 10 minutes early, so my hour massage was really only 40 minutes. Their not cheap + tip, I think it deserves a full hour.

The employees are what makes it a great place and why I continue to come back over the years. You have people that provide face to face service and humans that answer the phone.

While Daniella gave a nice massage- her hands were freezing cold the whole time. If she is prone to cold hands perhaps she should use warm oil or find a way to warm her hands prior to working with clients. She was very kind and gave a good massage. But the coldness of her hands was very distracting.

Ellie is the best massage therapist I've had! She always asks about and pinpoints trouble spots and I leave with less pain. She is the reason I joined LaVida.

Kelly was awesome. I have had some major challenges with my hamstring and lower back. She really listened and did a great job of getting the muscle/tendons to relax and loosen up which has helped my running and workouts!
