Facility was super clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Rose was my masseuse and she was wonderful.
He started my massage at 9:08 and he finished at 9:57 (not really an hour). My last message was in Japan back in October and it was the best massage I ever had in my life. I know I was not going to get the same quality of service but It was so disappointing.
Phil was professional and explained what he was going to do at the beginning of the session. However, when the massage was over... I felt like I did not really get a massage. He told me to drink a lot of water today and bye. That is how I know it was over. I was expecting an assessment of the areas that I need more help with also a recommendation for the type of massage I should do next. There were no feedback discussion even though when I made the reservation the office lady told me that I would get some feedback.
I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have never had any issues. Everything is excellent

it helps me relax after a hard weeks worth of work moving supplies around where I work and picking up heavy boxes and moving them around, The people at lavida are very pleasant to talk to and very helpful in relieving pain in my muscles and joints.

Just like for a car that you take on road trips often, you need to get oil changes often, for your body, regular massages allow you to relieve pain in muscles and joints and prevent further injuries. We hope to see you back soon. -Umang (owner)
