Absolutely loved my experience! I had the signature facial numerous times and will keep coming back. The staff were very professional and the Spa is so gorgeous with all the new remodeling done. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
The facility was clean and nice. Some sound bleed through in the walls but not so much to ruin the experience. The front staff was very nice and welcoming.
Give the option of a male or female massage therapist.
On the phone I was told I had an appointment with Dee, when I got there it was a man. I wrongly presumed the name belonged to a female.
He was very good and I will see home again, but if given the option I would have gone with a female, I felt very uncomfortable you start with
The staff was very friendly. The massage was amazing! Bill did an excellent job and my husband also enjoyed his massage.
There wasn't any lemon oil aromatherapy in my massage.
I have had massages and facials there I have always been please.
Receptionists are very nice & friendly; Tanya does excellent facials.

The assigned massage therapist didn't get to every location of the requested areas of massage. Maybe it would help if they organize the key places to go in a categorical order an not be so rough.

The friendly smile I receive when I enter the facility and of course the massage service I get from Julie. The fact that I can get a massage on Sunday. My body always seems to relax when I am there. I feel wonderful and my body feels just fabulous when I leave.
The music is also a service I truly enjoy and I especially like it when it is peaceful during the length of my massage. Thank you!
Geoff was very friendly, did not make me wait too long after changing and getting on the table. Was very conscious about asking about allergies, whether it was ok to use the oil he was using;asked if the pressure was too hard; did not rush through the massage and concentrated on the multiple knots on my neck, back and shoulders. I really felt like I got my money's worth and would definitely see him again.

LaVida Massage and their staff are AMAZING! The massage therapists Kiran and David are stellar and make you feel like a new person after every massage. I have been going to LaVida 2 times a month for over 3 years and I feel like part of their family. WHen advertisng the length of your massages make sure the customer receives the time they purchase. my massage therapist clock stopped working during my massage, he left three times to check the clock, my appointment was at 11:30 but I remember still sitting in the lobby texting my mom at 11:35. I paid for an extra 5 minutes foot scrub that should have added five minutes to my time. and my massage promptly Ended at 11:35.
other than the time mishap I was very pleased with the massage he was very kind and very skilled
