I have been going to Lavida and Bentonville for years! Amazing professional staff and massage therapist. Chase is by far the best in my book. He is the only one that I will see and he’s helped me through a lot of issues.

Professional

Trying to perform the same massage movements during a session would be good especially if it’s a couples massage. Don’t get me wrong, my massage went great, but as I told my husband some of the places that I got massaged and how, he would tell me he didn’t get the same thing.

My massage therapist didn’t give me the full 60 mins. She only massaged for 40. She rubbed my muscles more than massaged and missed one of my feet and both arms. I had waited 2 years to get a massage because I broke my back in a car accident. And that’s what I got. I want to come weekly but not sure now.

She was not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that my concerns were addressed with care. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend.

Your technicians are superb, and your front office. Staff is amazing!

I always have an amazing experience at LaVida. Freddie is a stellar therapist that really knows his stuff. I left feeling relief from my problem areas and feeling very relaxed. The receptionists do a great job of pairing you with a therapist that will be a good fit and are always very friendly! The spa is clean and very spooky at the moment - the Halloween decorations are so cute! Thanks, LaVida!! :)

MY COMPLAINT: is that I can't use my bank the way that works best for me. For example, I prefer 90 min. sessions but don't book them that way because I either have to pay more $$ for the additional 30 min. or give up/donate 30 minutes from by bank. This is because your computer system can't deduct 30 minutes from my bank & is only set up to deduct 1 hour session according to what I've been told. You all suggest that I can use another 60 minute session in my bank to cover the 30 minute session or pay additional $$ to cover the 30 min. Why can't it be adjusted/fixed in your computer system so that it's a win/win for both of us? For me, a 60 min. massage doesn't allow the therapist to take their time & focus on multiple areas so it comes across as being rushed hence the need for 90 minutes! Fortunately, Kodie is ok performing a 2 hour massage; otherwise, I would have cancelled my account a long time ago, but unfortunately, most therapists aren't willing to perform 2 hour massages so it limits who I can book w/ & when I can book. Frustrating & needs to be addressed!

Marie at front desk was extremely heloful in helping me coordiante multiole future appointments. Rhyss gave terrific massage. Knots that had been there for ages are gone!!

Shakara is an excellent therapist and the reason I continue to return to LaVida.

I was surprised that as a member my cost for therepy had risen by 30.00. I will be forced to alternate months in order to continue using LaVida. Is that a possibility?

Erin always does a great job! She always asks me what is new with me and no matter what i say she knows exactly what my massage needs to focus on.
