The person I used to visit left, and the person she recommended left as well. Now I have to try more to see if I find one that I like as much. So far no luck.

Claudeen was a super sweet lady who took her time to listen to the issues that I was having. Her stretching was key to the success of the massage. I felt so much better when I left. The space is very clean and smartly decorated. From start to finish the experience was wonderful!.

Not enough oil being used.

What do you like about our services?

My therapist Charisse is excellent! She really feels what’s going on with my body and makes sure to spend time on the areas we’re there are knots and tension. She applies the right amount of pressure and the always feel better after my massage.

The facility is clean and the staff is always welcoming. I feel appreciated and valued as a customer. I recommend La Vida massage to my friends.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The table I was on was too small. My arms and legs kept hanging off the table and I was not able to remain comfortable or relaxed. The massage therapist also didn't realize my session was 90 minutes and not 60 minutes so she was rushing her techniques to hurry up and catch up on time and I kept turning around

There was a first time guest price advertised in the parking lot, in the window, and on the website. When I made the appointment I said I was a first time guest. I was still charged regular price.
