My therapist was AMAZING!! But the 10min reduced of hands on time is what will keep me from returning. Most spas give you the full 60 or 90 minutes on table. And this is very unfortunate because I would love to keep seeing the therapist I saw regularly- he was fabulous!!

The online booking is great and I love that feature about visiting and using your services. However, in booking a 60 minute custom massage the past several times, the servicer has been cutting the time short or less than 60 minutes. Maybe my expectations are set incorrectly but as a customer, if booking for a certain amount of time and exchange money for that, my assumption is that the customer would be allotted that amount of time for actual services performed.
The last session, person who serviced was professional, please don’t get me wrong, but felt as though that I was an inconvenience to the schedule. I understand that I booked in the middle of the night and you all were very kind to accommodate in scheduling me first thing in the morning. The servicing person may have had a rough morning with traffic, but came into the facility at the appointment time and I was taken back a few minutes after. The servicing started approximately 10 to 15 minutes after the appointment time was scheduled. The appointment then wrapped up in 40 minutes. Again, I really enjoy the services many times, but I just feel like I do not get my moneys worth.

A 60 minute appointment is the total amount of time for a couple things. The session itself is 50 minutes of hands on treatment. The remaining 10 minutes is to allow time to have a consultation and undress at the beginning and then to redress and checkout at the end of the session.
I have spoken to the therapist regarding them arriving late and taking time from your service. It shouldn’t happen again.

I got the hydrafacial and I really enjoyed the person that took care of me. What I was most disappointed about was that for the price I paid for of almost $180, it was only a 30 minute session. It should’ve been at least 45-60 min for that price. Therefore, I will not be interested in doing facial here anymore.
We are sorry to hear that. The standard hydrafacial service is 30 minutes and this is explained when you make your appointment.
I like having an app to check appointments and account balances. I like the services offered and the professional atmosphere at the store. The massages are great and have reduced my pain significantly. Thank you.

The massage experience exceeded my expectations. The massage therapist was able to not just listen to my concerns, but accurately assess what problems she saw that needed addressing. She had a great bedside manner, and I left feeling like a million bucks! I’d highly recommend LaVida Massage to anyone.

I had an appt with Debbie and was really looking forward to it. She seemed very nice and we went over what I was looking for which was my lower back, quads, hamstrings and calves, working out as many knots as possible using moderate to firm pressure. I am someone who works out, runs, and stretches very often. It was a 90min massage and she spent over 1/2 of the time on my upper back and neck. Less than 5min each in my low back (which I had to specifically remind her to do), calves, quads, and hamstrings. She used very light pressure even when twice during the massage I requested more pressure and reminded her of my problem areas. I have gotten many massages before and had never had this experience. It truly felt like a massive waste of time and money. I am super dissatisfied with your business.

My therapist, Robin. She is the best, always asks me if there's anything going on and what areas I would like her to focus on or avoid. She LISTENS to what I say. To really benefit well from a massage, for me, there needs to be trust between the client and therapist. I trust Robin enough where, if I'm tired, I will actually go to sleep. It doesn't get better than that. When I am done, I always feel better than when I arrived.

Overall, everyone was very nice, especially the front desk. Although my massage therapist communicated with me I did not like her massage style. She only used her forearms the entire time, was breathing very heavily, and when I turned around her breath, continue to be all in my face, it was just not enjoyable.
