What do you like about our services?

Using to app to book my massage was great. I was disappointed that my therapist did not do deep tissue and I didn't not know that beforehand though.

I LIKE THAT I CAN HAVE A 90 MINUTE MASSAGE FROM A MAN WITH BIG, STRONG HANDS. WISH EDUARDO WAS ON MORE THAN TWO DAYS A WEEK. HE REALLY GETS ALL THE KNOTS AND KINKS OUT OF MY BACK AND I LEAVE FEELING RENEWED.

I had a massage by Ted a week ago Saturday and I think it might very well be the best massage I have ever gotten. I was in really rough shape, it had been far too long since my last massage and I still feel great! I will be back!

What do you like about our services?

I came in with a special need because I have a pinched nerve. Endia did my massage therapy, and she was great! I could tell she new a lot about pinched nerves, etc.

I would highly recommend LaVida, as well as Endia. :-)

I think Taylor is fantastic! I have tried many different massage therapists and she is by far the best one I've had. She knows what she is doing and helps me every time I have a new ache or pain. Also, the staff at the Washington location is always courteous and helpful.

Front office staff not friendly-didn't offer or show me where was water was. She allowed another customer who was very rude to cut me off when I was checking out, instead of asking her to wait behind me. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for her to make appt-this was my first visit so impression of front office staff not good. 😟Overall, good experience and Lorena is excellent!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I find the website difficult to deal with.

From time to time you lose my preferred massage therapist or the therapist becomes unavailable at times when I can schedule resulting in bad experiences until a new adequate massage therapist can be determined.

Presently, I am very satisfied with my therapist.

What do you like about our services?

I've had really good experiences with the therapists at this location, my favorite so far being Nadine. She has great flow and is very attentive with pressure, and "listening" to the body. Jackie is also great as I've had a couple of massages with her as well.

I've been exceptionally impressed with the way each of the therapists has asked the right questions, listened to me and provided excellent therapy. I also appreciate the suggestions they provide for stretches and things I can do on my own to maintain and improve my back health.
